We provide wrap-around care which is tailored to you and your needs and includes palliative care in your own home, we like to think of it as wrapping our arms around you all.
Our team of 10 specialist nurses are here for you 24/7, while our wonderful team of specially trained volunteers provides a variety of services including sitting and befriending, transportation and bereavement support.
We work with the Sidmouth Health and Care Forum (including Sidmouth GPs and the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital’s community nursing team) to understand the evolving needs of people living in the Sid Valley and consider the best approach to meeting these needs.
